Interprofessional funds

It is the representatives of the social partners who promote the Joint Interprofessional Funds. This is done by means of specific agreements and inter-confederation protocols agreed between the trade unions of workers and those of the more important employers nationally and, it is coordinated by the state and local administration.
In signing up to a fund and financing it, a company will have access to training activities for their employees, these are the same funds that stipulate very clearly, via public notices, the terms of agreement. The management of a Joint Interprofessional Fund organises company or sectoral territorial training plans. Businesses can access the activities as an association or individually depending on the type of activity offered.  Due to the law n° 289/02, which partially reformed the regulation of Joint Interpersonal Funds, it is now also possible for companies to finance activities and training plans at an individual level.

How to use a Joint Interprofessional Fund

With a corporate training account, the company has the ability to use the share set aside from the payment of 0.30% to analyse what the internal needs are and consequently design training activities with the cooperation of organisations like ours.
The training vouchers allow a company to buy from a “catalogue” of training activities for their employees: you can buy seminars, diplomas, study days, courses.
Finally, with a territorial or sectoral project, an enterprise can make use of various training projects organised by accredited institutions which meet the characteristics expressed by public notices published by different Joint Interprofessional Funds.
