Extra-curricular internships lasting up to six months, aimed at insertion / return-to-work, through direct learning in a work context. Courses for facilitating professional choices and acquisition of professional knowledge and skills. The internships are funded under the Youth Guarantee programme, with a participation allowance between € 300 up to a maximum of € 500 monthly. For companies it is an opportunity to invest in young motivated people, and to renew their human capital, offering job opportunities, training and self-employment. At the end of the internship experience, it is possible for the company to evaluate the possibility of employing the trainee, taking into account the opportunity of adopting the “employment bonus” under the programme.
